INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

Additional costs of any order derived from customs procedures and tariffs will be paid by the customer at destination (countries outside the EU…).
Cuchillería Moreno will do everything possible to ensure that the delivery is carried out satisfactorily, but is not responsible for expenses caused by address errors and costs of returning the order or failed or rejected deliveries.

El cual en caso de devolución correrá a cargo del cliente y se descontará del pago en caso de devolución del importe. Se devolverá el importe excepto los gastos ocasionados.
Queda totalmente prohibido el envío de productos con alcohol entre sus ingredientes a países fuera de la Unión Europea. Estos pedidos serán cancelados notificando al cliente en todo momento la situación, devolviendo el importe en caso de cancelación utilizando el mismo método de pago o cualquier otro método que sea posible.
Estos envíos pueden tardar entre 24 y 48 horas en procesarse antes de ser enviados.
Recibirás notificaciones en todo momento.
Es responsabilidad del comprador conocer la legislación vigente en su país, respecto a los productos adquiridos.
Si el comprador no cumple con los requisitos legales de su país, no se podrá devolver el producto ni reembolsar el pago.
